After that, your role is simple: make your residence available for photos and for buyers to pick up items once the sale ends. Beyond that, you can relax—everything else is taken care of for you

Buying is easy. Register to be a bidder (credit cards only). View the online auctions and place your bid. As you watch the auction, you can increase your bid. If you are the winning bidder, you will receive confirmation at the end of the auction. All bidding is online from phone or laptop or attend an in-person estate sale. See our listings for auctions.
